Much like certain fruits and vegetables, many cheeses are highly sought after during particular times of the year depending on the grasses the cows or sheep grazed on and how long their aged. Join Chef Gwyn as she walks you through a tasting of some of the world’s best cheeses, chosen right at their peak.
