The Winter Farm Supper is a four-course prix fixe dinner designed for unhurried evenings and well-crafted food. Guests begin with a shared cheese and bread course, followed by a simple greens salad that gives way to the centerpiece of the meal — a classic Beef Burgundy, slow-braised in red wine and served over handmade egg noodles. The evening concludes with New York cheesecake and wild blueberry compote. Familiar flavors, carefully prepared, and presented with quiet confidence.

First Course - Mini Cheese & Bread Platter
A thoughtfully selected assortment of cheeses, paired with fresh-baked bread and simple accompaniments. Designed for sharing and settling in, this opening course invites a relaxed start to the evening.

Second Course - Field Greens Salad
Tender field greens lightly dressed in a balanced balsamic vinaigrette — clean, restrained, and intentionally simple to prepare the palate for the courses ahead.

Main Course - Classic Beef Bourguignon
Made famous by Julia Child, this enduring French country dish features slow-braised beef simmered in red wine with mushrooms, carrots, and pearl onions. Served over buttery homemade egg noodles, it is deeply comforting, generous, and quietly elegant. Vegetarian accommodation available with advance notice.

Dessert - New York Cheesecake
A classic, creamy cheesecake set on a Biscoff cookie crust and finished with a wild blueberry compote — rich, balanced, and unapologetically satisfying.
