When: Saturday, January 22, 2019; 7:30pm-10:30pm (all students must be checked in by 8:30 pm and nobody may leave before 9:30 pm)

Regular: 12/10/21 - 1/7/22 ASB Members $110 / Non ASB Members $140
Late Bird: 1/7/22 - 1/12/22 ASB Members $140 / Non ASB Members $170
All students must check in by 8:30 pm with their current SMCHS ID card.
Non-SMCHS students (guests) must check in with their SMCHS date by 8:30 pm with a valid student/government ID.
Attendees will not be allowed to leave the dance before 9:30 pm.
DRESS CODE
All attire must be modest and appropriate for a Catholic Christian environment. Winter Formal is considered a formal dance, and thus you are expected to follow the SMCHS guidelines for formal attire. Students and their guests must adhere to the following dress code. It is the responsibility of the SMCHS student to clearly communicate these guidelines to their guests if they do not attend SMCHS. SMCHS and the event venue requires that attendees keep their shoes on during the dance. Attendees may wear sneakers (i.e. Converse, Toms, etc.).
Men:
• Full tuxedo or formal suit (no denim or leather)
• Dress shirt with tie (mandatory)
• Dress shirts must be worn
• Dress shoes or sneakers and socks
• Hair well-groomed and face is clean shaven
