Description
Join Becky and Lisa Yourell (local illustrator and author of Native Wildflowers Coloring Book) in the Greenhouse to learn how to winter-sow wildflower seeds. Everyone will go home with a planted container of Butterfly Weed. Butterflyweed is a host plant for Monarch Caterpillars and a number of other creatures. It is valuable for pollinators.
This is a project for all ages. Children do need to be accompanied by an adult. Soil, Seeds, labels and a planting container are provided.
