Winter Wine Walk with Aerea Vintners + Tabula Rasa Farms
Explore the terrain and terroir of the Willamette Valley with Aerea Vintners and Tabula Rasa Farms.
The fun kicks off at the Farmhouse where you’ll take in the sweeping views of the valley and sip on a cup of Aerea mulled wine -- served with Tabula Rasa Farms charcuterie prepared by Chef Brett Uniss.
Enjoy a guided tour of the farm to learn more about the permaculture and regenerative farm practices designed to cultivate harmony between land, animals, and people.
After the tour, a rich winter soup will warm you up and Aerea founder, Ian Burrows, will guide you through a tasting of two of their local single-vineyard wines.
