We are thrilled to invite local artists, tarot readers, mystics, and vendors to showcase their talents and wares in a unique and enchanting setting. Whether you specialize in spellbinding art, mystical readings, or handcrafted mystical goods, we have a spot for you!
✨ Indoor and Outdoor Spaces: Choose your stage! We offer both indoor and outdoor vending spaces, allowing you to select the perfect backdrop for your magical offerings.
- INDOOR SPACES: Available Thursday, October 12th from 5p-8:30p, Friday, October 13th from 2p-6p and Saturday from 12p-6p.
- In the Lobby in front of The Busy Witch Shop. This space offers space for a 4x4ft table. If you're easily heated, be sure to bring a fan for this space. Electrical outlets are available at this space ($10 a day) - You must bring your own table.
- Shared Conference Room Table. On the second floor of the building, there is a large conference room with a table. As a vendor or reader, you will receive HALF of the conference table measuring 5x4ft. There are two spaces available at the conference room table. Electrical outlets are available in this space. ($5 a day for each spot) Please note that there is only stair access to the second floor.
- Conference Room. On the second floor of the building, there is a large conference room. This room offers space for a 4x4ft table of your own. Electrical outlets are available in this space. ($5 a day) - You must bring your own table.
- OUTDOOR SPACES: Each space is available at different times. See below to see when they are available. Keep in mind, that tents are not permitted. If you choose a spot without an overhang you risk being exposed to the weather. All outdoor spots DO NOT have electrical outlets. - You must bring your own table for all outdoor spots.
- Under The Busy Witch overhang. Front and Center in front of The Busy Witch Shop (on the sidewalk). This spot offers space for a 3x2ft table. You must adhere to the size of the table because we can not block handicapped access to the sidewalk. This space is available Thursday, October 12th from 5p-8:30p, Friday, October 13th from 2p-6p and Saturday from 12p-6p. ($10 a day)
- Under The Busy Witch overhang. Directly in front of The Busy Witch Shop (on the sidewalk). This spot offers space for a 4x2ft table. You must adhere to the size of the table because we can not block the entrance and exit of the building. This space is available Thursday, October 12th from 5p-8:30p, Friday, October 13th from 2p-6p and Saturday from 12p-6p. ($10 a day)
- No overhang on the sidewalk next to The Busy Witch (in front of the Drug Screening Office). This spot offers space for a 5x3ft table. This Space is available on Saturday from 12p-6p. ($5 a day)
- No overhang on the sidewalk next to Minute Man Press (in front of Minute Man Press). This spot offers space for a 5x3ft table. This space is available on Saturday from 12p-6p. ($5 a day)
- Under the Minute Man Press Overhang in front of Minute Man Press (2 spots available). This spot offers space for a 7x4ft table. This space is available on Saturday from 12p-6p. ($5 a day)
✨ Flexible Dates: Pick the days that work best for you. This three-day event spans from Thursday, October 12th, through Saturday, October 14th. You can participate for a single day or make it a weekend affair - it's up to you!

Registration Deadline: October 7th, 2023
Vendor Fees: Prices vary based on space and duration. Due to the limited space and time available, I will be offering absolutely NO REFUNDS. I will however offer refunds if I cancel the event altogether. Due to not being able to bring a tent, I will also offer a refund for outdoor spaces WITHOUT the overhang on Saturday if there is rain for the ENTIRE event. However, a refund will not be given if it only partially rains during the end of the event.
On top of the normal Vendor Fee per space., I also ask that as a vendor you provide 1 item, gift card, gift certificate, or service to raffle off for that day. For card readers, an example may offer a 1 card pull that the guest can use THAT day. Please bring your item or service to raffle off on the day you sign up and hand it to The Busy Witch.
After you register as a vendor, you will receive an email with details on when to arrive to set up, further instructions, and contact information. Please remember to look for this email and read it thoroughly.
