Bring a friend! This event is best attended by pairs of 2. Learn basic self-defense strategies and techniques with Sensei Kristyn in this hour and a half outdoor workshop on the farm. This workshop is designed for women and girls age 12 and up.

TOPICS BEING COVERED:
• Wrist Grabs
• Front/Back Shoulder Grabs
• Bear Hugs
• Head Locks

Due to Covid-19 safety, participants must sign up in pairs. The cost is $20 per pair/couple.

Sensei Kristyn is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and has been studying IsshinRyu Karate at the IsshinRyu School of Karate in Vienna for 17 years.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Workout or comfortable clothes are recommended
• We will have bottled water, but you are welcome to bring your own, too.
