Just like we thirst for water, we can thirst for touch. Women are often expected to nurture and caretake, but not to receive. This event invites us to ask for touch in the ways we want it and let ourselves be held. You will learn simple somatic techniques for giving and receiving energetically attuned, non-sexual touch. Come nourish your heart and soul and quench that thirst! Trans-, gender queer, and cis-women are welcome.
