This evening we will expore boundaries from a sacred perspective. Boundaries are a cornerstone of our well-being. Learnng to define, communicate, and implement them allows us to be our truest self, and enriches our connections with others. Through ritual, meditation, talking circle and movement, we will explore the many layers of this amazing aspect of our lives.
