As the year winds down, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters. Together, we’ll slow down with a soothing sound bath and meditation designed to help you release tension and shift into calm. You’ll spend quiet time journaling and crafting a gratitude keepsake to take home — plus, you’ll write a letter to your future self for the moments you might need a reminder of how far you’ve come.
