We’re exercising our listening muscle, ignoring our fix-it reflex, and supporting each other with open minds and hearts.
Bring a journal, and we’ll reflect on a topic and then take turns sharing. Leave feeling lighter and stronger with some gems to take with you.

Where is Soul Studio?
We are located on the backside of Waterstreet Studios. Drive past Kiss the Sky on 1st Street. You'll see a drive on your right. We're about halfway down the parking lot. Go up the outdoor staircase.
What is Soul Studio?
When we say Soul Studio is a retreat for your brain and sandbox for your soul, it means–leave the world outside, and tune in to what you need right now–whether that’s help support through grief, or tips on better sleep or how to navigate dating apps. On weekends, it’s a mocktail bar with a dancefloor. Shake it out and meet some other cools souls.
