Women's Muay Thai Beginners Workshop
With Special Guest Instructor Jeff Araujo
Have you been curious about Muay Thai but felt a little intimidated to try it? Maybe you've already given it a shot but could use some guidance. Or perhaps you've been training for a while and want to sharpen your technique, improve your form, or work through some habits you've picked up along the way... wherever you are in your Muay Thai journey, there's something here for you!
This special women-only workshop is designed with beginners in mind, but all experience levels are welcome!
In a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, you'll learn and practice real Muay Thai skills with an experienced, patient instructor who genuinely loves sharing his knowledge. We'll focus on proper technique, personalized guidance, and hands-on pad and bag work, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, make adjustments, and learn at your own pace. And with our expanded Muay Thai and MMA schedule coming in January, it's a great opportunity to get started or build on what you already know, and join us for more!
Meet Your Instructor: Jeff Araujo
With 17 years of experience, six fights, and a boxing championship belt, Jeff brings an incredible combination of knowledge, skill, and genuine enthusiasm to his teaching. His passion for Muay Thai has taken him multiple times to Thailand Muay Thai camps, where he recently expanded his knowledge and refined his techniques. But what really makes Jeff special is his approach to teaching. He's patient, encouraging, attentive to proper form, and especially wonderful with beginners. He knows how to break things down, explain techniques clearly, and make learning approachable and enjoyable. Jeff doesn't just want to teach you Muay Thai. He wants you to enjoy it as much as he does!
I've personally known and trained with Jeff for six years, and I'm thrilled to welcome him as our guest instructor!

Improve coordination, balance, and agility through new movements and combinations.
Learn practical striking skills while developing control, focus, and body awareness.
Challenge yourself and have fun! There's something incredibly satisfying about landing a good punch or kick!
Why Women Only?
We want to create a space where women feel comfortable trying something new and challenging themselves. No intimidating gym atmosphere. No male blindness. No expectation that you already know what you're doing. Just women learning real skills together in a friendly, supportive environment.
