Description
A fun, welcoming Muay Thai pad-drill class designed for women who want to build skills, get a great workout, and feel more confident - without the competitive gym vibe.
We’ll start with a warm-up, then partner up to drill:
- holding Thai pads
- punch–kick–knee combos
- timing, balance, and movement
- optional light, controlled practice sparring rounds
Note: This is not an instructional class - it’s set combo pad-work and drill time.
This class focuses on repetition and practice - not going hard or getting hurt.
Some experience helps, but if you’re athletic and pick things up quickly, you’ll do great.

Pricing
$10 per class. 4 classes for $20 ($5 each)
If your schedule changes and you can't make it, you can send a friend in your place. However, I do want to be upfront that there are no refunds or date changes available.
Details
Fridays | 6:00–7:00pm
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
A waiver must be signed before participating.
Limited to 6 spots
Light sparring is always optional.
*As this is not an MMA school, we do not have extra equipment, so you must bring your own.

* I use 180" with thumb loop, but look in youtube and see what you might prefer
