Description
A fun, welcoming Muay Thai pad-drill class designed for women who want to build skills, get a great workout, and feel more confident — without the competitive gym vibe.
We’ll start with a warm-up, then partner up to drill:
- holding Thai pads
- punch–kick–knee combos
- timing, balance, and movement
- optional light, controlled practice sparring rounds
Note: This is not an instructional class — it’s open pad-work and drill time.
This class focuses on repetition and practice — not going hard or getting hurt.
Some experience helps, but if you’re athletic and pick things up quickly, you’ll do great.
Adult Women only • Small group • Encouraging environment
What to Bring
- boxing gloves
- Thai pads / kick pads (focus mitts are okay)
- water
wear comfortable workout clothes
This class is barefooted

Fridays | 6:00–7:00pm
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
A waiver must be signed before participating.
Limited to 6 spots
Light sparring is always optional.
