Description
Sunday evenings are for cleaning up technique, building confidence, and getting quality mat time — in a relaxed, supportive environment.
6:00–7:00 PM — Drills & Technique
We’ll focus on repetition, timing, and tightening up common positions.
Expect structured drilling, helpful coaching, and steady progress.
7:00–8:00 PM — Open Mat Rolling (Optional)
Controlled rounds (3–5 minutes) with plenty of rest between.
Roll at your own pace — safety + respect first.

- Small Group - 6 spots

- Mouthguard (optional but recommended)
