700 Howe RdA day of self-care might be just what your heart and spirit are craving right now. Join us for the day to explore and experience the rich landscape of your inner world while surrounded by nature in a quiet and woodsy setting.
The day will include;
* gentle stretching
* breath work
* mindfulness practices and guided meditations
* sound meditation using instruments such as tuning forks, chimes and singing bowls
* reflection, journaling and forest bathing
* a nutritious light lunch, tea and snacks are included
This is meant to be a gentle time of ‘just being’ in a space that feels nurturing and comfortable. Each participate is invited to bring their own yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything else that will make your personal sanctuary space cozy.

Cynthia Smith, spent 10 years living in the Pacific Northwest and has been back in her birth home of Northwest Indiana for 15yrs to be near her grandchildren. Since her return she has been teaching yoga and meditation, leading wellness retreats and nature hikes. She has also created a poetry and writers group that meets monthly. Her passion for Eco Wellness, a term she has used to create an intention of being in nature for wellbeing is now realized in Forest Bathing, and has been a dream for many years. She is delighted to now offer this practice to others.
