There will be optional offerings throughout such as restorative yoga, various styles of guided meditation, breath-work, intros to the labyrinth walking, forest bathing and much more. All will be led by seasoned facilitator, . Healthy vegetarian snacks and meals are provided, and you will stay in a modern cabin with a full bath (registrants will bring their own bedding and blankets) that are nestled inside of Indians Dunes National Park
