In this interactive 90-minute workshop you'll learn the steps to recover from burnout. Quick and easy ways to stop feeling so overwhelmed so you can start getting on top of things again.
You'll also learn the proven ways to help you prevent burnout happening again in the future.
You attend the workshop through Zoom. So, you won't need to go anywhere other than where you already are. All you need is an internet connection and device to join in and start your recovery from burnout.
