In this dynamic course, we blend traditional art techniques with contemporary approaches, inviting participants to explore a myriad of materials and methods. Whether you're a seasoned artist seeking fresh inspiration or a beginner eager to experiment, this class is your gateway to unlocking endless artistic possibilities.
Through hands-on instruction and personalized guidance, you'll learn to use various mediums such as paint, ink, ink sprays, texture paste, stamps, and stencils in your artwork. We'll learn about products that you can purchase, but more importantly, how to use what you already have on hand to create the same results.
With an emphasis on creativity, self-expression, and discovery, this class fosters a supportive environment where you can unleash your imagination and cultivate your artistic voice. No matter the type of art or craft you create, you'll learn fun and interesting techniques that can be used across a broad spectrum of work. Join us as we celebrate the joy of artistic experimentation and the beauty of mixed media mastery.
Each participant will receive a starter pack of mixed media items, including all the mediums we use in class, along with a basic starter art journal. No mixed media experience needed, just a willingness to play and learn.
