Twelve student bands. Five music schools. Two divisions. One professional stage. World of Bands Florida is Central Florida's first inter-school band championship, a full-day live music event where young musicians from rival schools compete, learn, and share a stage for the first time.
A FIRST FOR CENTRAL FLORIDA
Music schools usually work in their own worlds. World of Bands Florida was created to build bridges between them. Five schools are sending their best bands to one stage, with independent industry judges, real awards, and a crowd that gets a vote. The goal is bigger than a trophy: give students a professional stage, honest feedback from working musicians, and a room full of peers from across the region who love what they love. Students learn. They perform. They connect.

HOW THE DAY WORKS
Every band plays twice on a professional stage with full live sound and lighting. The morning qualifying round puts all 12 bands in front of the judges. The top five advance to Division 1, and the crowd votes a sixth band in. Then the scores reset. Every band gets a clean slate and a longer set to compete for championship titles, individual musician awards for guitar, bass, drums, keys, and vocals, category recognitions for musicality, stage presence, creativity, and crowd impact, and the Crowd's Favorite Award in each division, chosen by you.
The judging panel is made up of independent musicians and producers, never teachers from the competing schools, and is announced publicly before the event.
TWO MASTERCLASSES, INCLUDED WITH EVERY PASS
Between performances, working professionals take the stage to teach. "From Practice Room to Performance" with Wilson Tocto, and "How to Write Music for a Rock Band" with Jon Gant. Students, parents, and fans are all welcome in the room.
THE LOBBY EXPERIENCE
Food, merch, raffles, photo opportunities, sponsor and vendor exhibits, and information tables from each school. Come early, stay all day, and come and go as you like with your wristband.

PRICING
Early Bird: $25 per person, buy 5 get 1 free, through Sunday, September 28 at 11:59 PM
General Admission: $35 online, through 10:00 AM on show day
Day-of Admission: $40 online or at the door after 10:00 AM
Children 4 and older need a paid ticket. Children 3 and under enter free with a ticketed adult. Performing band members and their coaches are covered by their school's registration and do not need a ticket.
GOOD TO KNOW
Doors open at 9:00 AM. The Opening Ceremony begins at 10:00 AM. The day wraps around 8:30 PM after the Division 1 awards and the final group photo.
Check in at the entrance desk with the QR code on your e-ticket to receive your wristband before entering.
All ticket sales are online, including on show day. No cash sales at the door.
All sales are final. Tickets are transferable: forward your e-ticket to whoever is coming in your place.
