113 Queens RoadWe are back with our World of Food sessions for the young cook in your life. This fun, hands-on workshop with Jethro will teach your child all there is to know about creating perfect, soft pillowy bao.
What to expect:
learn how to make, prove, and shape two different types of dough
Learn how to use bamboo steamers, and practice knife skills
Make 2 different vegetarian fillings for the buns
Dietary information: This class is suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets. The class involves cooking with seeds and gluten. The class is not adaptable for a Gluten Free diet. For any other allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us to discuss before booking.
