Description
Heidi is a brand new musical adaptation of the classic Swiss children's novel by Johanna Spyr. The heartwarming tale follows the adventures of a young orphan girl who goes to live with her reclusive grandfather in the Swiss Alps, and explores themes of family, friendship, and faith as she navigates her time in the mountains and beyond.
We are proud to announce that the Off-Broadway cast will be joined by a talented group of young student artists who are traveling from China to perform exclusively in this special limited engagement. Each of these young performers has been specifically chosen to collaborate in a professional NYC theatre environment alongside Broadway talent. Armed with matchsticks and music these young performers will return home with confidence, hope, and an experience of a lifetime.
