8:00-8:30 Yoga Flow - Bring your own mat or towel
8:45-9:30 Technique Workshop -Feel the immediate benefits of yoga
9:30 Coffee Social -Refuel with fruits and coffee, meet other members of our aquatic community

April 8th - Refine Breathing Efficiency
April 15th - Improve Kick Propulsion
April 22th - Master High Elbow Catch
April 29th - Maximize Stroke Length
