Description
Enjoy your yoga experience in the beautiful setting of our park! Susan Topf's Yoga Hike balances a mix of hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. All levels and ages welcome, no mat necessary. The trail varies on weather conditions and group interest. Gentle yoga and intention setting start our journey off on the right foot together as we balance what the ever changing face of nature has to hold for us through yoga along 2-3 miles of varied terrain.
