Join us for mindful movement and meditation with flower picking afterwards. Bring your yoga mat and quiet your mind while moving your body in a yoga class that is suitable for all levels. Leave with a beautiful bouquet cut from our flower fields! Build community and support our farm.
After yoga, you will wander the farm cutting flowers to make a fresh and seasonal bouquet to bring home. Enjoy a beautiful Thursday evening on the farm with yoga and flowers.
