Description
Bring your little(s) for a bonding experience through yoga. No experience needed, these sessions are meant to introduce stretches, breathing and a little bit of balance to our little beginners as we listen to what our bodies need from us. Bring water and a yoga mat or blanket/towel. $5 per Mommy kids are FREE.
Open on site for additional cost Naturally Addicted Wellness Bar is available with teas, coffee, protein shakes and more the concession area located at front of H.C.E.C. barn building.
