Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Journey + Yoga Nidra meditation. We will provide you a guided restful meditation while allowing you to drift through harmonious soundscapes. No experience necessary, dress cozy and bring an open heart. Space is limited.
Sonci is a yoga and meditation instructor, avid explorer, and kombucha enthusiast. She specializes in sharing restful practices to help you radiate while holding the intention of healing and connection. She believes it is a gift to practice and co-create these offerings as a community and hold space for others on their own unique journeys. Every breath is an opportunity to begin again.
Awakening Amrita is about creating and holding space for people to heal, facilitate spiritual growth and awakening. Melody's offering is one of sound healing. She works with the vibrations of sound to create shifts in one's personal frequency. These shifts support you to come into complete harmony while correcting and rebalancing the body's frequencies to empower wellness.
