Join me for a special online event: "Yoga and Numerology for the New Year"! This virtual class is designed to get your body moving and teach you about numerology basics to make the most of 2026!
Starting with an all-levels yoga flow and meditation to awaken the energy centers of your body, you'll then be introduced to numerology and how it can be beneficial when planning your year ahead. A study of numbers and their energetic influence on our lives, numerology can help give you insight into the kind of energy that will be influencing you in the future.
You'll learn about the universal year number, your personal year, month and day numbers, and exactly what these numbers mean. Master numbers and overall themes will be discussed and using this information, you will be able to set your goals for 2025 and manifest exactly what it is you want.
Please make sure you have a few yoga props at your side, including:
- a yoga mat
- one or two yoga blocks (or even a stack of books!)
- one or two blankets
- a yoga strap (a belt or tie will work too)
- a pillow
- printout of the numerology workbook (which will be emailed to you prior to the class)
- journal and writing instrument
Registration for this 2-hour online event is $37 per person, which includes all online fees.

If you have already completed a Liability Waiver for Crystalline Wellness, you do not need to submit a second one. However, it is your responsibility to inform me of any changes in your health history before participating in any classes.
