Join me for a special online event: "Yoga and Numerology for the New Year"! This virtual class is designed to get your body moving and teach you about numerology basics to make the most of 2024!
Starting with an all-levels yoga flow and meditation to awaken the energy centers of your body, you'll then be introduced to numerology and how it can be beneficial when planning your year ahead. A study of numbers and their energetic influence on our lives, numerology can help give you insight into the kind of energy that will be influencing you in the future.
You'll learn about the universal year number, your personal year, month and day numbers, and exactly what these numbers mean. Master numbers and overall themes will be discussed and using this information, you will be able to set your goals for 2024 and manifest exactly what it is you want.
Please make sure you have a few yoga props at your side, including a yoga mat, one or two blocks (or even a stack of books!), and maybe even a blanket. All calculation worksheets and handouts will be emailed to you prior to the event so you can print those out at your leisure and have them ready to go.
Registration for this 90-minute, online event is $20.24 (a magical and powerful number!) per person.
