Wellen Wellness brings you Yoga on The Lawn every Thursday, starting on March 17.
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. - $5 per class. One FREE drink (coffee, tea, iced tea, soft drink or water) included; to redeem at Barrel & Bean - same day purchase.
In celebration of St. Patrick's Day the first class will be 'Green Yoga', which simply means wear green or dress to impress in true St. Patrick's Day style.
The class will be held on the lawn area at the back of The Welcome Center. Please bring a mat and a towel. ** Inclement weather - the class will be moved indoors to The Welcome Center**
Meet your instructor - Lisa Ivanenok who practices Triyoga which combines the meditative quality of breathing with the core strength of slow movement for optimum health benefits and low rate of injury that any person at any level of fitness can benefit from. Continued practice make the body/mind a fit instrument for meditation and for life.
Lisa has been a registered Yoga teacher since 2003, and is certified in TriYoga - Basics, Level 1&2, and in 2017 she became certified in aerial yoga.
