Nicole McBride, MS, OTR/L, RYT-500 is an advanced yoga instructor and licensed occupational therapist. Classes integrate her expertise in alignment and use of modifications to ensure a safe progressive practice to address your personal needs. This class will be one hour long and the fee will include a one hour yoga class and your choice of a beer or kombucha after. The class will run from 11-12 pm and will be hosted in our taproom or weather permitting outdoors. After Nicole's class, 2 massage therapists will set up chair massages. They will charge one dollar per minute so feel free to bring some cash if you are interested. Please bring your mat, water, and a towel because we are going to get sweaty!
