Yoga and Byron is taking over Outlook! Community event #1 is taking place - and we are ready. Thanks for showing your support! If we can't get you in to this time, there will be plenty more in the future for you to look forward to. Either way we'll see you soon :)  

'Byron is a registered yoga instructor here in Grand Rapids. He’s passionate about teaching a positive, accessible, and strengthening flow, while upholding safe alignment and best  yogic practices. This class will help you cultivate new energy on your mat and find a deeper connection through movement.'
