Hear powerful stories of the grandchildren of Holocaust survivors and how they are transforming their grief into strength, followed by a short film about Holocaust survivors sharing their stories with young celebrities for the first time, concluding with a panel discussion with Holocaust survivor, Eva Nathanson.

 

Moderated by Rabbi Joel Nickerson, in partnership with If You Heard What I Heard and Borrowed Spotlight Gallery. 

 

About Borrowed Spotlight
Borrowed Spotlight is a photography and storytelling project that pairs Holocaust survivors with well-known public figures to share and amplify their stories. Through portraits and filmed conversations, it brings survivor testimony into the present, creating powerful connections across generations and audiences.

 

About If You Heard What I Heard
If You Heard What I Heard is a storytelling initiative that carries forward the voices of Holocaust survivors through the next generation. Centered on grandchildren sharing their families’ histories, the project ensures these important stories endure.
