In this workshop we are going to talk all things butter. We will start by making our own butter using Ashgrove Fresh Cream, then we will learn how to make the following…
buttermilk
salted butter
cultured butter
compound butter
whipped butter
clarified butter
ghee
brown butter
You then get to enjoy your creations for lunch, when we create a butter flight and a butter board served with sourdough bread, alongside Brickendon Lamb Chops on the BBQ with salad and seasonal sides.
We will also discuss storing butter and you will be able to take home some buttermilk, salted and compound butters you have created on the day.
