In this workshop we are going to talk all things butter. We will start by making our own butter using Ashgrove Fresh Cream, then we will learn how to make the following…
- buttermilk
- salted butter
- cultured butter
- compound butter
- clarified butter
- browned butter
- ghee
You then get to enjoy your creations for lunch when we create a butter flight and a butter board served with sourdough bread.
We will also discuss storing butter and you will be able to take home a selection of salted, cultured and compound butters you have created on the day.
