With rising costs, and how life has been LIFE-ING, NamaSally intentionally created ZenforTen to ensure wellness and mindfulness are accessible, affordable and equitable for all. In difficult times, our mental, emotional and physical health often takes a backseat, despite how critical it is to maintain during difficult times.
With just $10, you have the perfect balance to honor your budget and your needs.
The class will start with 30 minutes of Vinyasa yoga (breath to movement flow) to release stress and tension from the physical body, and will end with 30 minutes of Restorative yoga (stretching poses and breathing techniques) leaving you relaxed, calm and ready for bed/the week. Not to mention, the playlist will very likely speak to your soul! ;)
This class is open to all levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, come ready to stretch, breathe, and embrace the power of your mat. Please notify the instructor before class if you are expecting, or have any injuries.
P.s. the hardest part is.....showing up. Don't forget to bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat.
