Zumba Gold is a modified version of the traditional Zumba dance fitness program, designed to be accessible and safe for older adults, beginners, or those with physical limitations. It combines easy-to-follow dance moves with lively, upbeat music, often including Latin and international rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton. The intensity is lower than regular Zumba classes, focusing on improving cardiovascular fitness, balance, and flexibility. The movements are choreographed to be less strenuous, and there are options to perform them with a lower impact. Zumba Gold classes emphasize fun and social interaction, making it enjoyable for participants to stay active and healthy. You will pay Rachel directly. The cost is $5.00 per class.
