Setup Guide

Connect SimpleTix to HubSpot in under 5 minutes. No technical skills required.

Log in to your SimpleTix Manager Portal

Go to manager.simpletix.com and sign in with your organizer account. If you don't have one yet, create a free account first.

Navigate to Settings → Plugins

In the left sidebar, click Settings, then select the Plugins tab. You'll see a list of available integrations.

Click "Connect to HubSpot"

Find HubSpot in the integrations list and click Connect. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's authorization page.

Authorize SimpleTix in HubSpot

Sign in to HubSpot (if prompted) and click Grant access to allow SimpleTix to create and update contacts in your HubSpot account. You'll be redirected back to SimpleTix automatically.

Confirm the connection

Back on the Plugins page, HubSpot will now show as Connected. Setup is complete.

Verify with a test purchase

Make a test ticket purchase on one of your events. Then check your HubSpot contacts. You should see a new contact with the buyer's email, name, and phone, plus a note that says "SimpleTix Ticket Buyer".

To disconnect, go back to Settings → Plugins and click Disconnect next to HubSpot.
