There were 6 locations this year at the Parade of Homes. Each ticket was allowed to visit all 6 sites. Resulting in over 26,000 ticket scans over the course of 2 weeks.

EasyEntry was setup at all 6 Parade sites. EasyEnty was really easy for all the volunteers to use with just 5 minutes of training.

With SimpleTix you can do a bulk order of tickets from the box office side of the app. The SimpleTix charge is just $0.29 per ticket on the box office side. The organizers can then choose a “bulk ticket” e-ticket layout and send the PDF file to their local print shop for printing.

Minuteman Press charged just $416.20 for printing and cutting 12,000 tickets. (Prices per location may vary)

Using 4G hotspots from AT&T we were able to establish secure WiFi hotspot at each of the Parade sites for on-site ticket scanning and ticket sales. EasyEntry does not use much transfer data so just a few GB’s lasted all six sites two weeks without running out.
